Signe Vesso

PhD, coach and supervisor with over 25 years of experience working with organizations to enhance leadership and teamwork.

As a founding member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI), she served as the chairman of the board for its first three years and currently lectures in supervision and coaching training. With a PhD in Management Sciences, her research focuses on coaching culture and leadership styles. Signe is also trained as a psychotherapist and has extensive experience in the education, social, and business sectors. She has authored the “Handbook: Coaching Between Colleagues” (2020) and created a set of coaching question cards designed for managers, coaches, supervisors, and teachers.
