General registration terms
We accept payments via credit card and bank transfer. Once payment is received, we will select and book the school(s) for your shadowing experience. Please select your payment method on the online registration form. Available options include:
- Online credit card payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank transfer: A PDF invoice with the necessary information will be sent to you with the confirmation email. Please note that the client is responsible for all bank transaction fees.
All payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).

Cancellation by Participant:
All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@visiteduestonia.com. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone else from the same organization by notifying us. Payments made to date will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by VisitEDUestonia:
In case the shadowing is cancelled due to COVID-19 or similar force majeure situations, we will postpone the visit until it is possible again. VisitEDUestonia is not responsible for any damages caused by the cancellation and strongly recommends purchasing flexible flight tickets and accommodation.
Invitation Letters for Visa Purposes
VisitEDUestonia will issue invitation letters only after full payment is received. If a participant is unable to obtain a visa and provides evidence of the rejected application, we will refund the paid amount, minus a 100€ administrative fee.

All prices exclude Finnish VAT (25,5%). For VAT exemption, please register as a representative/employee of a company or organization and attach a tax certificate, trade register extract, or a similar document from your country. If your school has a European VAT number or Erasmus-related OID (Organization ID), simply take a picture or screenshot of the number and attach it.
Erasmus+ Job Shadowing and Teacher Job Shadowing
Erasmus+ Job Shadowing
All registrations must be completed using the online registration form. After the payment, we will choose and book the school(s) for your shadowing experience.
The standard price for Erasmus+ Job Shadowing is 350€ per participant. If you wish to visit an additional school during your stay, an extra charge of 100€ per participant applies. After five days of shadowing, any additional days cost 50€ per participant per day.
We recommend registering at least 2 months before your visit to allow ample time for arrangements. For last-minute registrations (less than 60 days before arrival), an extra fee of 100€ per participant will be charged.
Prices include:
- 30-day free access to Finnish & Estonian Education Online Courses.
- Assistance in finding suitable Estonian teachers and schools for your shadowing experience.
- Support with logistics such as timetables, transportation, and cultural programs.
Teacher Job Shadowing
All registrations must be completed using the online registration form. After the payment, we will choose and book the school(s) for your shadowing experience.
The prices for Teacher Job Shadowing are as follows:
- 990€ for one participant
- 1290€ for two participants
- 1590€ for three participants
For each additional participant beyond three, the cost is 200€ per person, up to a total of 10 participants. For groups larger than 10, please contact us for a quotation at info@visiteduestonia.com.
If you wish to visit an additional school during your stay, there is an extra charge of 100€ per participant. After three shadowing days, any additional days are priced at 50€ per participant per day.
We also offer an add-on service, “Teach in an Estonian School,” available for 490€ per participant.

Courses
All registrations must be completed using the online registration form.
Euneos courses have a fixed price, typically covered by the Erasmus+ grant. The fee for a 7-day course is €660, while a 5-day course is €500, excluding any special arrangements.
Education in Finland and Estonia – Original Best Practices Benchmarking course also includes shorter options for your convenience:
– Helsinki, 4-day course, 420 €
– Tallinn, 3-day course, 340 €
– Helsinki + Tallinn combined, 660 € (separate fees: 380 € + 280 €)
Important: Please be aware that different program countries may have varying regulations. If you choose the 7-day course option, which includes both Helsinki (4 days) and Tallinn (3 days), it is advised to consult with your National Agency to ensure compliance.
Invoices are sent via email and must be paid by either the participant or their school/organization. Ensure you include the reference number when paying.
Schools or organizations sending five or more participants receive a 10% discount, and an Early Bird discount is available for early registrations.
To cancel a course and receive a refund (minus €160 for administrative costs), notify Euneos (courses@euneos.eu) at least 30 days before the course start date. COVID-19-related cancellations follow special rules, requiring flexible flight and hotel arrangements.
Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and social security. EU citizens may use the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) alongside their travel insurance.
The course is confirmed once it reaches the minimum number of participants. Course confirmation is announced on the Euneos official website, and registered participants receive an email notification after confirmation.It is recommended to book only flexible flights or accommodation once the course is confirmed.
Euneos is not responsible for any travel and other arrangements made before the course confirmation.
