Kaidi Peets

As a level 8 supervisor, Kaidi has passed the ESCÜ quality group and serves on the Ethics Committee of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (ESCÜ). She is also a founding member and senior trainer at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI). Her coaching and supervisory approach blends techniques from systemic coaching and supervision, constellations, solution-focused brief therapy, Appreciative Inquiry, positive psychology, and neuroscience. Kaidi collaborates with a diverse array of local and international organizations across various sectors, including education, IT, production, finance, startups, and retail.
