Erasmus+ Job Shadowing
VisitEDUestonia offers you and your staff a unique opportunity to learn from the rewarded Estonian education system through job shadowing experiences with Estonian teachers. During your visit, you will observe everyday life in Estonian schools and see how local teachers apply innovative educational practices in their classrooms.
You and your colleagues can job shadow in a variety of school settings: kindergartens (1-5 years), pre-primary (6 years), primary (7-12 years), lower secondary (13-15 years), high schools, or vocational schools (16-18 years).
The schools are primarily located in the Tallinn metropolitan area, unless you prefer otherwise!

We welcome educators from all over the world, and the course fees can be paid with your own money or any suitable grant. However, we plan our event – and course content to meet the Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1, to encourage the mobility of European teachers. Some of our educational events and courses are priced to match 100% your Erasmus+ grant, while others require some additional investment. The courses are never only about listening to lecturers, but getting involved, doing hands-on activities, visiting schools, and discovering Estonian culture to reveal the secrets of the happiest nation of the world.
