The course “Coaching – Happiness and Well-being in Schools” focuses on introducing educational coaching to enhance learning experiences. It targets school management, teachers, and staff in school education, adult education, and VET. The course promotes positive psychology and involves all educational community actors. It includes on-site sessions in Tallinn, Estonia, and Benalmadena/Malaga, Spain. Successful completion awards a Certificate of Active Attendance.

Mart Laanpere, Professor at Tallinn University, Estonia

- Background: Former mathematics and physics teacher and school principal

With over 20 years of experience in teacher education and educational technology research, Mart has transitioned from his roles as a mathematics and physics teacher and school principal to focus on advancing digital education. He has significantly contributed to international research projects on mobile technology and social software in education. Currently, he coordinates the training of school teams in the project “Digital Turn towards 1:1 Computing,” funded by Samsung (www.samsungdigipoore.ee), and is recognized as an expert in school digital innovation and change.
Signe Vesso, PhD, coach and supervisor with over 25 years of experience working with organizations to enhance leadership and teamwork.
As a founding member of the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI), she served as the chairman of the board for its first three years and currently lectures in supervision and coaching training. With a PhD in Management Sciences, her research focuses on coaching culture and leadership styles. Signe is also trained as a psychotherapist and has extensive experience in the education, social, and business sectors. She has authored the “Handbook: Coaching Between Colleagues” (2020) and created a set of coaching question cards designed for managers, coaches, supervisors, and teachers.
Kaidi Peets, Internationally certified coach and supervisor with a wealth of experience in guiding individuals and organizations toward success.
As a level 8 supervisor, Kaidi has passed the ESCÜ quality group and serves on the Ethics Committee of the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association (ESCÜ). She is also a founding member and senior trainer at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI). Her coaching and supervisory approach blends techniques from systemic coaching and supervision, constellations, solution-focused brief therapy, Appreciative Inquiry, positive psychology, and neuroscience. Kaidi collaborates with a diverse array of local and international organizations across various sectors, including education, IT, production, finance, startups, and retail.
