- Position: Head of the R&D Centre for Educational Technology at Tallinn University
- Background: Former mathematics and physics teacher and school principal
- Affiliation: Member of the board of course provider Euneos, Finland
With over 20 years of experience in teacher education and educational technology research, Mart has transitioned from his roles as a mathematics and physics teacher and school principal to focus on advancing digital education. He has significantly contributed to international research projects on mobile technology and social software in education. Currently, he coordinates the training of school teams in the project “Digital Turn towards 1:1 Computing,” funded by Samsung (www.samsungdigipoore.ee), and is recognized as an expert in school digital innovation and change.
Spasia Neshkoska Tsutsuleska, International project coordinator with extensive experience in educational initiatives and global collaborations.
Previously serving as an external expert evaluator for Erasmus+ projects and as an eTwinning ambassador, Spasia has played a significant role in advancing educational projects across Europe. She is also a member of the international jury for Eumind projects and has served as the principal of a vocational school in North Macedonia. Spasia holds a Master’s degree in Education and Globalization from the University of Oulu, Finland, where she honed her skills in international education.
